Delivery & returns
We offer free delivery on orders over £60 within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands) and because they are hand made individually, goods will normally be despatched within 3-4 working days of the order being placed. Deliveries to the Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Channel Islands will take a little longer but will normally be delivered within 4-8 working days.
For orders with a value of less than £60 we charge £5.95 within the UK (excluding the Channel Islands).
Deliveries to the Channel Islands are subject to parcel dimension limits and will cost £11.50 per parcel assuming that the order can be despatched in one box of an acceptable size. Where this is not possible additional charges may apply.

If you change your mind
We want you to be delighted with your purchases but understand that there will be occasions when you want to return items you decide you no longer want.
Goods can be returned within 30 days of purchase providing that the items are unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
To arrange your return please contact us on 01592 321 320 or at email@example.com and you will be given a Returns Authorisation Number (valid for 30 days) and be sent a returns form via email for you to print at home.
Please take reasonable care to ensure that products are returned to us safely. Place your return note inside the box with the items to be returned. Securely seal the box with strong adhesive tape and remove or cover any old address labels.
Parcels can be returned at our cost and we will arrange collection of your parcel using our courier company. However, you will need to ensure that someone is present to handover the item. If this isn’t possible, you could also return an item back to us free of charge using a drop off point at a local store and again, our team will assist you in this.
If you wish to use a drop off point to return your parcel
The parcel cannot exceed 20kg or be bigger than 100cm (L) x 50cm (W) x 50cm (H) when using a drop off point. Parcels larger than this will need to be collected by a courier and will be arranged by us, on your behalf.
Please note: if you initially paid for delivery of your order because it was under £60 in value, the cost of this shipment will not be refunded in addition to the value of the goods. Refunds will be made back onto the PayPal account or credit / debit card used for the original purchase.
We aim to process all refunds within 5 working days of your item/s being received.
In the event of the goods being faulty Please contact us on 01592 321 320 within 30 days of purchase and we can arrange for the item to collected by our courier free of charge. In these circumstances we will refund the item and any postage costs originally incurred.
Outside of the 30 days of purchase please contact us on the same number so that we can discuss the fault with you and agree next steps.
If you would like to exchange an item please return the original product for a refund and please place a new order online for the item you require instead.
Bespoke items or non-standard size items, and returned items that are received by us more than 30 days after the date of purchase will be not be accepted, unless in accordance with Consumer Contract regulations.
